With heroin gone like the dodo and fentanyl just about down for the count, dealers are turning to a very scary chem called Tranq.

Now that the Federal Government has thrown its support behind Harm Reduction, it’s time we find out what all such programs entail, as well as just what they may mean — to and for everyone.

As if fentanyl wasn’t killing enough people. Now the dealers are adding a poison named Xylazine to their products. The results? More death. Much more death.
