What We Require
Every man who enters Healing Properties commits to several key actions that are integral to his recovery:
- Attending one 12-step meeting daily
- Getting a sponsor within 2 weeks
- Finding employment within 2 weeks
- Attending mandatory house meetings (Tuesday alumni, Thursday Big Book, Sunday check-in)
- Respecting curfew and house rules
- Submitting to random UA/BA testing
Who We Accept
- Men, age 18+
- Medically stable, sober at admission
- Willing to commit to a 90-day minimum stay (most men stay 6–12 months)
- Ready to work, attend meetings, and live in recovery
Who We Cannot Accept
- Women (Healing Properties is an all-male sober living home)
- Men actively using drugs or alcohol at admission
- Individuals with severe, untreated psychiatric conditions
- Anyone unwilling to participate in meetings, work, or house structure
