This is where you should go if you’re looking to achieve long term sobriety, and find a community of men that all help each other out on their recovery journey. This is the best Sober Living in South Florida!!! Really structured, with good in house Speaker meetings. Tim, as well as Staff are absolutely great! There is something very special at HP; I will always remember Healing Properties. It has played a huge roll in my sobriety and has helped me tremendously. I will always have a special place in my heart for Healing Properties.🙏

I arrive at healing properties with nothing and as soon as I walked in I knew I was safe and started to get well. Being at healing properties I was able to put together 1 year after being out for 5 years. The location is the best literally walking distance for me to get a job in multiple restaurants and grocery stores. The best thing I received here was the fellowship of men here that loved and took care of me til I could learn to take care of myself. If there ever was a issue I was dealing with I had a community to help me get threw it. This has been my home and a true healing place.

So grateful to have found Healing Properties, this place has helped me get my life back on track Tim the owner is a great person , caring and very involved in all operations, very clean place and they hold everyone accountable in their path to back recovery great workout area with weights and dumbbells to also build you up physically, Meetings , just very organized in helping you stay focused and get through the 12 steps with a sponsor so your not alone here the people here are like family very blessed to have found this spot amazing area right on the Atlantic avenue , beach 10 min away ,walking from front door the water , just a great place !!🙏

Words cannot fully express how grateful I am for this place! Healing Properties played a huge roll in helping me get my life back on track. coming from a person that couldn’t stay sober for more than a minute to being substance free and truly sober. this is what this place gave me. it gave me camaraderie, fellowship, and hope. great place to get sober and learn what you need to stay sober after you complete your stay. 10/10 recommended and would visit again, but i hope that i will not have to. Changed my life completely around. Thanks to everyone there i met.

If you’re ready to make the decision to get your life back in order, HP is an amazing place to start. I came in financially and emotionally broke. The staff and community helped me get my feet back on the ground. Everything a good sober living should be. Structured community of like minded men sharing the same goals. Massive emphasis on recovery through any 12step program. More than 2 decades of helping others recover from a seemingly hopeless state of mind. Not to mention the location can’t be beat, meetings, beach, and employment within walking distance.

When I got to Healing properties I had just gotten out of treatment and I had no clue how to actually stay sober. Halfway was new to me and I had my doubts. I didn’t think I would fit in but within an hour of being there I met some really good people who introduced themselves to me and they invited me to go get some food with them. The one thing I really loved about Healing properties was the community. I never felt like I was alone in my recovery. I always had someone I could reach out to. Whether it was my peers or the staff. Healing properties helped show me I could live a happy life without putting a substance in my body. They helped me stay sober and I truly it helped save my life,

My overall experience while at healing properties, Sober living, were 100 percent positive. And I’m asking myself as I write this, how can that be, how can over a 6 moth period be 100 percent positive.
So let’s say there were times, and moments, maybe even days in a row that incidents and occurrences, an appliance gave out, maybe another client had a melt down, etc. Because those things happened and while they take place it does not “feel” overly positive and infact can be aggravating, sad, angering and maddening, all the negative emotions one can experience, justified or an excuse… will, take place if you stay long enough.
Because it is real life living.
What happens at healing properties, is the opportunity to work through real life issues clean and sober and travel through these experiences to the other side to enternal resolvement.
The structure, ie, requirements and rules are set up in such a way that the individual can find his way through the process. Through interdependence from the whole, [ community ]
Significant relationships are formed here and this more than any rules creats accountability.
The house manager does an excellent job overseeing that rules are followed, adapting individual needs, suggestive counseling and intervention when needed and the fine line of allowing an individual find his way yet keeping the community as a whole safe from any individual that crosses certain boundaries.
I was at healing properties 6 months, the absolute hardest emotional thing I went through was the last two weeks leading up to my departure. I worked through that and found my way to the airport. My stay was 100 percent positive!

Solid place to begin a life in recovery. Great structure, and a lengthy and established history of over 20 years of helping guys get back on their feet. I highly recommend Healing Properties to any guy coming out of treatment or jail or looking for an accountable place to get involved in the recovery community. I am grateful for the time I spent living there, and the friendships and connections I made.
