Healing Properties’ Sober Living provides the housing for all the men in our programs. Men just like you. We feel strongly about one alcoholic/addict helping another. So, from your first day you will be living with men who have been sober 30, 90 and even 6 months of sobriety who can walk with you hand in hand thought the journey of recovery. Our Sober Living Community has had seventeen years of successfully helping men recover from substance abuse. We established our sober living in 2002 and it continues to provide men with a safe, clean, healthy, and structured sober living environment. Our homes are especially designed to assist you in overcoming your alcoholism and drug addiction.

Tired of riding the van to see your therapist? Our sober living units are steps away from our clinical building. Which mean your can pop over at any time when you need a little additional help.

Our sober living houses are also centrally located in the active and thriving recovery community of Delray Beach, Florida. That puts us close to 12-step meetings, many recovery-friendly employment opportunities, and just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean.

Each of your roommates and your house senior all hold each other accountable so you can be the best you that you can be.

AVAILABLE 24/7

Our behavioral techs are available to you 24/7 at our sober living homes and ensure that everyone must be actively implementing the daily living skills necessary for long-term recovery. That means attending NA/AA meetings, utilizing a 12-step sponsor, working the 12-steps and interacting with sober supports. All clients are also closely screened and monitored to ensure that they remain motivated about their recovery. Healing Properties’ goal has always been to show residents how to live life, build a recovery foundation, and set an example to others within the community.

That’s the primary reason Timothy Schnellenberger founded Healing Properties in the first place. As more and more men began dropping into oblivion though, Timothy saw the need to teach men not just the importance of the 12 Steps, but also the dynamics of addiction. Consequently, he created Healing Properties Sober Living.
